RMIT Student project to design a booklet about and "in the style of" a designer of our choice.
I chose the late, great Dame Vivienne Westwood as she is one of my all time favourite fashion designers and has a very recognisable style.
I chose the late, great Dame Vivienne Westwood as she is one of my all time favourite fashion designers and has a very recognisable style.
The booklet seems like just a regular folded booklet, with some torn edges at first, but as you open it, it reveals some secrets such as: the front cover image of her face is actually in multiple pieces; the iconic "orb" that is her logo, becomes stretched out and melted when you open the back pages, revealing a quote from her; and the entire booklet when opened reveals a mannequin shape and that the whole inside is actually a poster with her famous slogan: "Buy less, choose well".
